Please explain strengths that you possess that would be of particular benefit to WISPA through your service on the board (e.g. leadership, areas of specialty, industry relations, etc.)	My knowledge of the industry and the people involved in the industry is one of my best strengths I can provide to WISPA. I know most of the members on a one/one basis through my activities in the last few years. I have a calm demeanor which bodes well in negotiations and careful deliberation of decisions which need to be made.

In your view, what are the biggest challenges facing the wireless internet industry, and how do you believe WISPA should address them?	I believe the challenges of our industry are: -Needing more spectrum with little interference from personal devices -Promotion of our industry and WISPA - Association Management -New products from our Vendors to increase performance and ARPU -work with Vendors -Tower Safety Training -Continued efforts such as the CALEA project to minimize costs for WISPs -Interfacing with various other associations who have common interests and goals
